Kate is a veteran real estate agent who is very excited to re-join the dynamic team here at the Landmark Company. She believes in this company’s vision and it’s incredible work force.

She is a native Montanan coming to Helena via Great Falls, Missoula, Grass Range, and Bozeman. She has her Master’s degree from the University of Montana, Missoula. She has nearly 30 years experience working as a social worker and a recreation therapist with geriatric populations in the rehabilitation and long term health care settings.

Kate and her husband successfully ran his family’s sheep and cattle ranch for six years at Grass Range in the 80’s.

One of her favorite claims to fame is that she worked on the Alaska pipeline for seven months back in 1976. This experience made her realize her love of being in the middle of progress and being involved in a community energy and the great outdoors.

Currently, she has 7+ years selling real estate which has included residential sales in the Helena area, she loves ranch property sales, 1031 exchanges and commercial investing.

Kate describes herself as an excellent trouble shooter and is a true professional experienced in how to get the price you want, in the time you need. Wouldn’t that be great for you?
